Technique
CT of the chest acquired in axial planes with multiplanar (coronal and sagittal) reconstructions. No acute aortic abnormality is identified on this non-contrast study.
Findings
A 7 mm solid nodule in the right upper lobe is unchanged from the prior study.
Lungs and airways: The lungs are clear with no focal consolidation, suspicious pulmonary nodule, or mass identified. The trachea and central bronchi are patent.
Pleura: No pleural thickening or pneumothorax is present.
Mediastinum and lymph nodes: No mediastinal or hilar lymphadenopathy is identified by size criteria.
Chest wall, bones, upper abdomen: No acute osseous abnormality is identified.
Impression
Stable 7 mm right upper lobe pulmonary nodule. No acute cardiopulmonary abnormality.
